BOOKINGS

 

  • TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, THERE IS A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE

  • PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE 30 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE of $15.00

  • IF YOU ARE AN HOUR LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED UNLESS OTHERWISE

  • IF YOU ARE GETTING A CUSTOM UNIT AND INSTALL WE SUGGEST THAT YOUR HAIR MEASUREMENTS MUST BE SENT AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • IF YOUR EXTENSIONS IS NOT PROVIDED BY ZUHALGLAM, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DROP OFF OR MAIL OUT YOUR EXTENSION FOR UNIT CUSTOMIZATION 10 DAYS BEFORE WE CUSTOMIZE YOUR UNIT

  • WE DO NOT USE USED FRONTALS AND BUNDLES THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED BY US FOR YOUR INSTALLS

  • 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION

  • NO GUESTS ALLOWED

  • SERVICES AFTER 8PM IS $25.00 ADDITONAL CHARGE


SHIPPING&PROCESSING/RETURN POLICY


STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order after your payment is cleared. There’s an additional $50.00 for express service. After processing your order. It may take 3-5 business days to receive your package. If you have placed an order for one of our full lace wigs or the pre-made wigs before 9am and you’re in Toronto or the GTA your order will be delivered to your door same day for an additional cost. It is advisable not to wait until last minute to place your order. If you have an event coming up, it is best to place your order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control. If you are closer to our location, you are welcome to pick up your orders.

Clients are responsible for shipping and we will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our system. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Our company dispatches your item using a third-party courier, however all risk of loss becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. Please track your packages and be on the lookout! Your package may require a signature please insure that you will be home at the time of delivery.
